FACEBOOK LAUNCHES ‘SHOPS’ TO SHOWCASE ONLINE STORES

Introducing Facebook Shops Facebook Shops is the innovative method to set up a single online store business, accompanying many advantages for better accessibility and communication. Creating a Facebook Shop can offer an opportunity to introduce their own products and customize them based on their own creativity for free. It is a simple process which allows you to customize the look and feel of your shop with variety of styles and colors that showcase your brand. Any seller can bring their business online and connect with their customers anytime, regardless of size or budget.


Facebook Shop will be accessible on a business’ Facebook Page or Instagram profile, or people can discover them through stories or ads. From there, you can look around the full collection of products, save products you are interested in and place an order.


Not only this, communication plays a large role in online trading and because of that Facebook has designed shops to get in touch with any business or customer with just a click throughout Facebook’s eco system. Instagram Shop: A New Place to Discover Products and Brands This summer, Instagram Shop will be introduced first in US. It will be a completely new way to discover and buy products you love in Instagram Explore. You can always get encouraged by @shop collections, browse selections from your favorite creators and brands, filter products by categories such as beauty and home, and you will be able to buy the looks you absolutely adore in one place. Also, there will be a new shop tab added in the navigation bar later this year, so you can get to the Instagram Shop in just one click.

Live shopping features

This will make shopping for products easier for customers. Sellers, creators and brands will be able to tag products from their Facebook Shops or Catalogues before going live, and those products will be shown at the bottom of the video so customers can quickly click to learn more and buy.


Connecting loyalty programs to your Facebook account Facebook will also be launching a loyalty program that will enable users to view their points, rewards and maintain records of them.

Working with partners Facebook is working closely with partners like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, ChannelAdvisor, CedCommerce, Cafe24, Tienda Nube and Feedonomics to give small organizations the assistance they require.
