Emirates British Nursery was founded in Dubai in the year 2000. Since those early days the nursery has grown and developed, but the underlying principle of providing the highest quality childcare and pre-school education still remains true. Emirates British Nurseries continually build upon a reputation for the provision of, outstanding quality child care and preschool teaching in the UAE.
The Curriculum
At Emirates British Nursery we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. Great emphasis is placed upon delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which ensures the children establish a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and understanding upon which they can build throughout their lives. Parents as Partners
We recognise parents are the most important people to a child and with that the most important educators to their children. There are many ways in which parents can take part in making the nursery an active and vibrant community. We encourage parents to be active members within the nursery and to work together to develop the best learning and support for their child.
"Being first time parents we were very nervous about putting Matilda into nursery. My husband works in Health and Safety, so we approached looking for a nursery with this at the forefront of his mind.

Security and Safety
At Emirates British Nursery the safety of the children in our care is of paramount importance and quality health and safety standards are our hallmark.
We firmly reinforce this in the provision of a safe, secure environment for all children. The needs of children are very specific and we pride ourselves on the conversion and construction of buildings that are perfect for children. The nurseries are bright, spacious purpose built nurseries with colourful, vibrant classrooms and extensive shaded outside play areas.
Health
We have a fully equipped clinic and licensed nurse. If children become ill at nursery, they are looked after at the clinic until collected by the parent or guardian. Medical examinations are carried out on children at the time of entry to the nursery and periodically in accordance with the Department of Health Authority. The medical examination includes measurements of height and weight. Parents need to complete and sign all medical forms before their child starts the nursery.
